1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, subscribing to our plans, requesting quotes, enrolling in courses, or accessing any service provided by BnBIT Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Description of Services

BnBIT Services provides digital, analytical, and technology solutions, including but not limited to:

• 📊 Data & Statistical Analysis: Data cleaning, hypothesis testing, modeling, and interpretation (SPSS, R, Python, Excel).
• 🔍 Professional Research & Guidance: Academic project assistance, data visualization, and structured reporting.
• 💻 Software & Web Development: Custom web applications, enterprise SaaS solutions, and API integrations.
• 👨‍🏫 Corporate Training & Learning Management System: Interactive courses, video lessons, and digital certification modules.
• 🖥️ IT Consulting & Support: System integration, and consultation scheduling.

3. User Accounts & Credentials

To access specific features, you must create an account manually or via Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (password/OTP) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing, Invoices & Subscriptions

All financial transactions, subscriptions, and custom project quotes are priced and billed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS / GH₵).

• Subscriptions:Plans run on 30-day / 364-day billing cycles. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.
• Quotes & Invoices: Custom software or research projects are quoted individually. Invoices may support milestone installments as agreed upon with staff.
• Manual Payment Verification: Mobile Money (MoMo) or Bank GTBank reference payments require staff verification before deliverable download links or course access are activated.

5. Academic & Research Ethical Use

Academic project assistance, statistical modeling, and research consultation provided by BnBIT Services are intended as technical guidance, educational support, and interpretative analysis. Clients maintain full responsibility for adhering to their academic institutions' code of conduct and ethics policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The BnBIT Services platform, brand, source code, LMS course materials, and design systems belong exclusively to BnBIT Services. Custom software deliverables and research data generated specifically for a client pass to the client upon full invoice settlement.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to system servers, staff directories, or other client data.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or illegal document attachments.
• Reverse engineer or scrape platform materials, LMS video streams, or software code.
• Use our infrastructure to send unsolicited spam or fraudulent payment references.

8. System Uptime & Disclaimers

We strive to maintain a 99.9% operational uptime across our services. However, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for temporary outages due to cloud infrastructure maintenance or Internet Service Provider disruptions.
